Originally, the characteristic texture of Greek yogurt was obtained by straining. Inspired by this method, the separation technique we use today allows us to make a yogurt with a thick and creamy consistency. The Greeks would be proud.

Why complicate life? Simple ingredients often give the best results. Oikos is made using a separation method that allows us to use just three ingredients* (milk, cream and an active culture) and three times more milk than a regular yogurt. Nutritious and delicious. It's almost too good to be true.
